HOW EACH COLUMN IS BUILT
Manufactured for structural integrity from the ground up.
Every column combines ground-contact treated lower material with strength-rated upper lumber, then moves through a controlled glue, press, and nail process.
Lower columns
Built with #1 SYP .60 CCA treated lumber for ground contact where durability matters most.
Upper columns
Upper sections use MSR 1650fb SPF lumber for reliable strength and high-quality construction.
Glued
Layers are bonded together before pressing for a tighter column assembly.
Pressed to 2,500 pounds
Consistent pressure helps lock each laminated column together.
Nailed
Mechanical fastening adds structural integrity throughout the column.
